5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kitchen Artistry. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Damaged or defective items will be exchanged or refunded in full.

6. Le Creuset Warranty

Le Creuset products purchased from Kitchen Artistry are covered by Le Creuset’s Lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee is valid from the date of purchase for the original purchaser.

The Lifetime Guarantee covers defects in materials and manufacturing, but does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by failing to follow Le Creuset’s care instructions
• Colour fading due to use of incorrect cleaning products
• Commercial use of domestic products

To make a warranty claim, please retain your proof of purchase and contact us at Kitchen Artistry. As an authorised Le Creuset partner, we are able to assist with warranty claims directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kitchen Artistry excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the products we sell, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
